Vital Records, Help!!!!!
Posted by: D. Terlinde Date: April 02, 2000 at 17:26:39

Does Montgomery Co.Dayton Ohio have two seperate Health Departments for Vital Statistics. One for the City and one for the County???? I am trying to find my g-grandmothers death certificate and cant find it. She died in Ft. McKinley area. I am told that this was a subberb of Dayton in 1919. I have already searched the Ohio Historical Society death certificate Index for her. The name of Golditz is frequently misspelled every where, Census records, Newpapaer articles, Obits, etc. Any help will greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
