I have text of a letter written March 15, 1866 between two Wheaton cousins. In the last paragraph this is the text: Well Theodore, when you write tell me what chance there is out there for a poor man and what land is worth. Give me the full details and if there is a good chance I will come out, I think. Well, as I haven’t much time to write, I will have to close. You can tell you mother that old Peter Mann died the other day, as she will know him. Well, I will close for the present. Give my best respects to all the rest. I would like to see you all. Remain yours truly, John F. Wheaton Notify Administrator about this message?
