I do not subscribe to ancestry.com, but if your tree is public, I will look it up. I do not have my gedcom up on the internet, but am happy to share what I have.

As for the "history books" about the Ralstons; William Ralston of that Ilk was a Covenanter in Scotland during King James IV's reign and helped spread the Presbyterian religion across Scotland. He spent time in prison over this. This website has Ralston information which you may have already known about, but I will post it here.
