The State of Ohio, Miami County.The deposition of James Blue and William Hendrix of the County and State aforesaid, who being sworn upon the Holy Evangelist of Almighty God, deposeth and say that they were present and called upon by Henry Childers of County and State aforesaid, now deceased, during his last sickness on the 13 Jan 1815, and the said Henry Childers appeared at that time to be in his sound memory, who verbally made his last Will as follows, to wit:it was the desire of said Henry Childers that his beloved wife Jane should be his entire heir so long as she remained his widow, and when she ceased to be his widow he wished his property (Exclusive of the widows thirds) to be equally divided between his two youngest sons Henry childers and Elisha Childers, and these deponents further say not.
