Ohio birth certificates will include all the information you would be looking for including father and mother's names, ages and their individual place of birth. It will show place of birth and includes the attending Doctor. This holds true for home births as well. Have you contacted Franklin County Children's Services? They handled the majority of adoptions during that time period or should know what private agency contracted the adoption.
