Mrs. Emaline MONROE, 82, died Thursday afternoon at the home of her sister Mrs. Rosa BYRNE, May Avenue. She had been in failing health some months. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Zimri HOGUE of the Garden and widow of Richard MONROE, dead more than 16 years. Athens has been her home for the last 40 years.
Funeral services will be held at 1 o'clock Sunday afternoon at the Central Avenue M. E. Church conducted by Rev. Wa?d Radford. Buriel will be made at The Garden. Friends may call at the BYRNE home from Saturday afternoon until time for the funeral.
Members of the family are three sisters; Mrs. Rosa BYRNE, May Avenue; Mrs. Eunice DEAN, Guysville and Mrs. Mary BLACKWOOD, Morris Avenue
