The site I used was genealogylibrary.com. It's a subscription site and part of genealogy.com
If you'd like to check it out, as well as all the Gershom Terry's that showed up, you can get a free trial to it if you look around. One link I have for such, don't know if it's still viable tho, is http://www.searchforancestors.com/freetrials.html
You can also check out Heritage Quest, which also has a book section. Again, this is a subscription site, but many libraries have access to it, and some like mine, allow access from your home computer.
