The book was written by Lynette Purkey MC CULLOUGH 1980.
I used GOOGLE BOOK SEARCH; the book is not available for sale anywhere, nor is it archived in any library. She published it herself.
You might try to locate her [if living] using GOOGLE. She and Elmer MC CULLOUGH wrote a couple of other books.
Also try Sandusky Gen Soc, and possibly Wood Co Gen Soc [I think she had a book on this Co]....a member may know her.
