Was daughter of Thomas Boggs and Mary Osborn. Marian was born in either Washington Court House or Columbus. She had a twin brother named Thomas that died in infancy. Her mother Mary was 1/4 Cherokee. Mary had a sister in Washington Court House named Elva Morain.
