On the site called Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness OH, Green Co.,I see several volunteers that may be able to get an obit for you on Harry Price since you know his exact death date. Obits often state the survivors whereabouts.
Google RAOGK Ohio, then look for the volunteers listed under Green Co.
