Shari, the marriage record is found on LDS site....familysearch.org in the IGI files. If there is an M preceding the batch #, it is a court record of that Co.
Be wary of other #s.
There are several FRAZIER females marrying in Van Wert, about the same time as your Ada/Lena, but there doesn't appear to be any FRAZIERs in 1870-80 V. W. Co. I wasn't able to locate her using either name. There is a Lafayette FRAZIER in V W 1880, but he is not her father.
This is possibility for STEEN

Folks were pretty good about flip flopping their names on the census, so it's possible Samanders was listed by his other name.
