Hi Cheryl,
I'm sure that we are related. It seems to me that Wash and his wife were both of our gggrandparents. The picture that I have a Rose and Aaron have them sitting with a bunch of kids. Since they are elderly, it makes me think that they are likely their grandchildren. I wonder if you are in the picture?
I have lots of information. I went with my mother and one of her sisters almost 16 years ago to Coshocton, Ohio to do research. I will have to dig all of that out and go through it to see what is there. I have several pictures of Zachariah and lots of information on him. I'm pretty sure that I have some census records for George Washington Jewell and his wife plus family. I also have a picture of a Ellen and John Cunningham that says on the back that they were a great aunt and uncle of my grandfather. Not sure where they might fit in. There's also another picture of a Jewell family reunion at the Lake there in Paris, Illinois. Since Zach was the only one there, I'm assuming that his brothers and sisters and their families must have come.
I would love to scan these and send them to you. Can I do it over this forum? If not, please contact me directly @ stephanietoller@cox.net. I live in Mesa, Arizona. I have access to a decent Family History Library where I can do more research. I am also planning on going home to Paris, Illinois in November. I can see what I can find while I am there. These pictures that I have were given to me last November. One of my aunts passed away and one of my cousins was given a box of photos. The whole family knows that this is a love of mine, so I the photos came to me. Now, I have found you. My cousins will all be thrilled!
