Baltimore, Feb. 20.- Charles Gill Martin, assistant to the general manager of the Eastern lines of the Baltimore and Ohio railroad, died at his home at Relay, Md., yesterday from an attack of pneumonia.
He was born at Lancaster, Ohio 46 years ago.
