The CD ROM from Family Tree Maker, has the listing of:

Robert Fuller married Prisilla KEM on December 8, 1836 in Clermont Co., OH

After reading so many old documents, I can see where the Kern could be read as Kem.

This is a listing of the name of KERN, for the 1830 census in Ohio.

As you will see, there is not one listed in Clermont Co,. but Clermont is a neighboring county to:
Hamilton on the west - Warren on the north - Brown on the east - the Ohio River on the south.
