Gladys WAGLE married Frank OSBORN (no "e") on 5 Jan 1922. Although the clerk wrote his name as OSBORNE three times, Frank signed it OSBORN as did the judge who married them.
According to their application (volume 43, page 44) Frank was (would be) 21 years old on 24 Oct 1921; born in Akron, OH; parents Alice FULLER and Phillip OSBORNE, the third instance that the clerk wrote his name with the "e". He was not previously married
Gladys was (would be) 17 years old on 19 Jun 1921; born in PA; parents Mary McLAFFERTY and Harry WAGLE. She was not previously married. Consent of the marriage was given, and the application signed, by H. L. WAGLE.
The marriage cert shows that they were married by James Austin, Jr., Judge Municipal Court of Toledo, Ohio.
I believe Mary WAGLE's 7 year old grandson in the 1930 census, Frank OSBORN, Jr., was born 30 Aug 1922. A Frank OSBORN died 18 Apr 1984 at age 61 in Toledo, which would confirm that he preceded Gladys as her 1987 obit does not mention any surviving children.
Other WAGLEs that you mentioned, that died in Toledo, were Albert E. on 30 Oct 1917 age 19; Mary, 87 years on 9 Aug 1955 and Ross A. (no age) on 3 Aug 1957.
