You will notice the obituary lists grandchildren and I'll have to
solicit your help sorting them out.
You also note that Shelby was a member of the VFW Auxillary which
means Maurice was a Veteran of Foreign War but not having any idea of
his age I could not make a guess. I looked for him in FindAGrave.com
in Ohio as well as West Virginia.
I'm looking for additional data (dates, places, spouses, significant

HISTORY NOTES: Shelby A. WALKER
Shelby A. Walker Jarrell, 67, of Albany, OH, formerly of Bandytown,
died April 3, 2004, at St. Mary’s Hospital, after a short illness.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Veck and Estelle M. Nelson
Walker; husband, Maurice Jarrell; son, Leslie Jarrell; sister,
Emogene Miller; brother, Norwood Walker.
She was a homemaker and a member of the VFW Auxiliary.
Surviving: daughters, Beverly Morrow of Middleport, OH, and Pamela
Russell and her husband, Jeff of Long Bottom, OH; sisters, Eva Workman
and Wilma Cook, both of Bandytown, Doris Keeney of Seth; grand
children, Jay Karr of Albany, OH, Leah Morrow of Middleport, OH, Lori
Zerkle and her husband, Chris of New Haven; one great-granddaughter,
Rilee Madison Zerkle; and special friend, Mike Clark of Albany, OH.
Service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Handley Funeral Home with the
Rev. Phillip Scott officiating.
Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown.
