Stephen Holley (pronounced Hawley)b abt 1785, and wife Polly Welch, b abt 1788, lived in Cortland Co., NY in 1820 and 1830. In 1840 and 1850 resided in Milton Twp., Wayne,Ohio. They died in 1863 and 1877 and were interred in Seville, Medina, Ohio in plot belonging to unidentified Cornelius Welch.

Who is Cornelius Welch and what is his relationship to Polly? What do you know about Stephen and Polly? Stephen's father is Joseph Holley, mother uncertain (my three choices are Eunice, Jedidiah, and Sarah). Joseph's birthplace unknown, but he served in the Connecticut line and was a pensioner.

I'd sure appreciate your help. Thanks, Pat
