Need help-look up in Medina of Mitchell & Clifford family

I am in need of a copy of the marriage of Elsie Leona Mitchell to Paul Carlton Clifford in Medina on 03/Sept/1895 or news paper clipping of said marriage.
Elsie is from my Mitchell line-her parents were Franklin and Mary (Wheeler) Mitchell. Franklins parent's were Peter and Cathraine (Conklin) Mitchell in Rochester Twp, Lorain Co, Ohio. Also need possible news paper obit for Leona died 17/Jan/1938/39 and Paul Clifford died 18/Jan/1942.(Am not sure they died in Medina) Is it possible for someone to help with this? I am welling to pay a small fee. Am in MI. Please e-mail Tilford@scnc.sps.k12.mi.us
