Wolbach Photographer in Wadsworth

I'm trying to date a photo of an unidentified girl, taken maybe 1890s to 1910?

It was taken in Wadsworth OH by Wolbach, Photographer. The drapings in background, on table and chair have lots of fringe and appear to be heavy damask. The chair is armless, very busy floral pattern on back and cushioned seat, and fringe hanging from the seat.

The girl is maybe in her teens, dress comes barely below knees, and shoeboots cover her legs up to the dress hem.

Does anybody have photos taken by this photographer during that period? Or can somebody tell me when teenage girls started wearing dresses this short?

I'm not experienced in dating photos and hope I might find identical chair, background etc., anything that would help me get a more accurate date.

Thanks for any help.
