Kaubel/Kauble Family in 1832 Marion County Land Purchase

I have found a land purchase certificate for Elizabeth Kaubel dated 1832 in Marion County, Ohio for 320 acres. The land was in Section 15, Township 6-S, Range 15-E, and Meridian 1st PM of Marion County. Of this, 80 acres each was subsequently sold to Abraham Kauble and Daniel Kauble. I am trying to determine the relationship between these three individuals. It is my belief that Elizabeth is most likely the mother of Abraham and Daniel. On the 1850 census, Elizabeth is listed as next door to Abraham who is listed on the census as Abram Cobble. On the 1840 census a female of Elizabeth's age is residing in his household and I can not find a separate census record for Elizabeth. I think this Daniel Kauble is the same one that is married to Elizabeth Hain.

I'm trying to prove whether or not Abraham and Daniel are brothers as this will help me determine who Abraham's father would be. I know from the 1870 census for Clay County, Indiana that Daniel's father was Joseph Kauble. Joseph Kauble does not appear on any census records between the 1820 one in Northumberland County, Pennsylvania and 1870. Based on his obituary in the Evangelical Messenger my guess is that he was an itinerant preacher. This obituary states his wife preceded him in death about 1856.

Can anyone help me solve this puzzle?
