Henry Cope family 1800-1880
Posted by: Howard Deel (ID *****6401) Date: February 26, 2009 at 20:20:15

I am seeking information about the family of my 2nd great grandmother, Elizabeth Cope b.1815. I believe she is the daughter of Henry Cope. Elizabeth Married Isaac Deal/Deel in 1836. Isaac Deal/Deel had a family farm located 1/2 mile south of the Henry Cope farm in Marion Township. His father was Adam Deal/Deel.
Like I said, I believe she is the daughter of Henry Cope b. abt 1780. If she is, she would be a sister of Henry Cope b.1819, who married Lydia Klinefelter on Nov 7, 1841.
