Wm and Sarah Shaver abt 1832-33

In Marion Co Deed Bk 5 are are Wm & Sarah Shaver buying & selling land on pg50, 447, 448, 631. The time frame is Feb 1829 to Sept 1833. Also on pg 499 is Henry Shaver Sr buying land on 10-24-1832. Does anyone know these folks and where they came from? What happened to them?
I am looking for family of Henry Shaver born 1823 somewhere in OH then he moved back to Manlius NY With a Sarah whom I have always thought was his sister but may be sister-in-law. Sarah was born abt 1820 in NY. Sarah is not on the deeds until 1833.
