Looking for confirmation of families. 1870 census gives Jerry Teneycke 40,John Teneycke 29,John Tenight 47,Jeremiah Tenyeck 39,Richard Teneych 34,Furman Teneych 34,Edward Teneych 18. Despite these strange spellings, they all were born in OH but show up in Indiana.
Were they cousins, brothers, how were they related? Other
Teneychs also in IN were from NY--George F.51,Abram 47.
Hattie 26 was from NJ. Would like very much to link to
Matthias and Cornelia Post Ten Eyck of NJ or Matthew Henry
or John Ten Eyck of NJ if possible. These last four could've been spelled TenEick and they arrived in OH in
1812.
