I thank you very much for taking your time to look for Samuel's tombstone at Mount Olivet.I have been to that cemetery several times in the late 1990s -- passed by it on my way to Salem, where I was born, from the PA Turnpike. After my visits, my mother died in 2006, a Samuel relative told me Samuel was buried at Mount Olivet.I do believe that infant dau. is buried at Paradise Cem. and has a tombstone.I came to the conclusion that Samuel and #1 wife Sarah Miller are also buried there in the Miller row with no tombstones -- several graves do not have stone. If I remember correctly Sarah's family were the first buried at Paradise -- at least they are in the first row.Samuel's bro. Asa is buried at Ridge Cem. on Rt. 62 with a stone but no stone for Samuel there.Samuel had #2 wife, my gg grandmother, and kids when he died. She probably could not afford a stone. In fact, I have bought a stone for her, Elizabeth Baer Hendricks, at Hope Cem. in Salem, 90 years after her death. You are special for taking time to walk in probably very wet earth at Mount Olivet.
