I do have on the 1910 Census Maryland>Allegany>District #8, Westernport>Main Street
Mercer, Ewel (Jesse's father), Mary (wife), Jesse (son - aged 19), Mary (daughter), Clarence (son).
I can't locate on the 1920 census either, but it looks like they should have been married somewhere around 1918. It could bring me closer to finding where they were married if I could locate them on the 1918 census.
I have a notation that Lucy's family was from Hancock (I don't know if that's Hancock, Maryland (Washington County) or if that's Hancock County, Virginia. Since I'm not sure of the surname, I haven't had much luck finding her family.
