Well, if the person was not prominent, someone would have had to inform the paper, and supply the information. If nobody did that, no obit.

Another possibility: What were the operating years of the Youngstown Telegraph? I have found obits there when I could not find one in the Vindicator. And some duplicates with additional or different information.
