Sarah is not in our family of Rowes. However, there was a Thomas H. Rowe who was born in Madison Co. May 17, 1835, his father was William T. and wife Mary Hair Rowe might be a clue. Also a quote I have from George Robinson who was a genealogist in Fayette Co. Ohio. "My wife's people settled up in Madison Co.". She was a Rowe. His records would be in Fayette. perhaps at the library in Washington. CH.
