In 1870 Census I found Annie E. Ambler who was born in 1840. But she was not in Madison co. She lived with Clem B. Ambler, age 34. They are listed as Mead, Belmont Co., Ohio with the post office as being Bellaire. There were 2 children William h. Ambler age 7 and Elias K. Ambler age 4.
There were Amblers in Madison Co., Ohio by the name of Sarah Ambler age 61 in Range, madison co. She lived with Sarah Miller age 29. I can send you copies of the Madison Co., Ohio Infirmary census for 1880 if you want. Garnet Barton You can email me at garney57@att.net
