I want to make sure I have the right John Dunn (Dun). Is it John and Elizabeth living around Lafayette in the 1870 census with 7 children - Walter, Anna, Thomas, Gertrude, Mary, John, Charles. If so, there's a lot of info on this family. To start off, he was born Sep 21, 1814, married Elizabeth James in Ross Co Oct 6, 1841. His parents were Walter Dun of Scotland and a Miss Angus, not sure about her yet. I just wanted to touch base with you first. I've just made a copy of his obit now, will wait on your answer.
