Farren/Ferron mid-1800's

Hi, my ancestor James Farren was born in Madison County in 1833/36. I'm trying to find out the names of his parents. The 1850 census is in extremely poor condition, but there was a "Ferron" family living in Pleasant Township in 1840 and that is probably the correct misspelling of the name. Any help in regard is greatly appreciated.
