Larissa Titus Lathrop

I am interested in information about Larissa Titus who was born in 1806 (I don't know where) and on 3-11-1846 married Lucian B. Lathrop. According to the Lucas County marriage records in 1846 when she married Lathrop her name was listed as Titus. I don't know if this was a previous married name (she was 40 years old when she married Lathrop) or if Titus was her maiden name.

I have been trying to tie her in with the other Titus family members that came to Lucas County: Walter Titus, John Avery Titus, Elizabeth C. Titus/HILL, Israel Titus.

Is Titus a married name or her maiden name? Was she maybe married to one of these Titus men, or a sister?

Any help?

Gayleen Gindy
