I found this couple listed in the Lucas Co. marriage records- they were married on 7 Jan 1892 by Rev. N. Kolasinski. I did a little follow up work, and checked the St. Anthony church records (Polish parish). The writing was very spidery and difficult to read, but I was able to infer that the priest had named the parents & home parish in Poland for the bride & groom. The groom was 23 years, 4 mos., the bride was 22 years old.
This information was on microfilm at the Toledo-Lucas Co. Public Library (main branch) in the local history/genealogy room. The church registry was in the St. Anthony marriages microfilm on pgs. 54/55 at the top of the page. You may be able to obtain a copy of the documents through interlibrary loan, or maybe someone at the Random Acts of Genealogical Kindness site will make a copy for you. I am not sure if the library staff will do this, but it doesn't hurt to ask.
One thing to note- besides being very spidery and elaborate, Father Kolasinski's writing was in Latin. I was able to interpret a word here and there, but not the entire text.
