Lucas co 1850 and 1860 census needed

Where can I find the 1850-1860 census for either Lucas co or Ohio in general?
I know by searching the 1870 census of Wood co that my Eichner(Ikner) ancestors were in Ohio as early as 1850, and am thinking that they were in Lucas co.
I also am having trouble finding Claus Rust in the Lucas co census. I know by his will and also his naturalization papers that he was living in Toledo in the 1870 and 1880. He would of had daughter Martha and son John in his household. Oh, and also wife, Anna. Probley around 50 to 60 years of age.
I have and have not been successful in finding him on census. And also is there an index for marriages of Lucas co as early as 1870-1875. I need to find the marriage of Ernest Eichner (Ikner) and Martha Rust. In 1870 he states he is 29 years of age.

Anyone got an idea of where to find these items? I hate to ask for help but the earlest census that BG has is 1870. And not finding what I need in other locations. georgia
