The 1910 Ohio census shows that Joseph and Malinda were 62 and 60 years old, respectively, and living in Toledo. They are the only PROSPERS in Toledo then. I was curious why the PROSPERs lived in Toledo unless they had relatives here.

In 1920, there was a Leonard and Minnie BARBEAU living in Toledo. He was 77 and born in Canada. Could he be related to Malinda? The BARBEAUs were renting at 828 Moore street and if Joseph is buried in Calvary, he probably was Catholic. The connection I am making is that 828 Moore is about 7 blocks from St. Mary's Catholic Church on Page street. If Leonard and Malinda are related, possibly she was Catholic and attended St. Mary's also.

The library has records from St. Mary's on microfilm, which may include information on both families.
