Thank You Bill, very much. You have given me "some new family". Anna L. VanBuren, whom you didnt find in Forest or Woodlawn had a previous last name of Raff OR Roff. She was born about 1830 in New York, possibly around Albany county. As she was the stepmother of Elizabeth and Sarah, I really was hoping she would be there. I was surprised that the girls were with their dad Stephen Green VanBuren. Stephen dabbled in politics, as evidenced by an 1876 listing of delegates to the Ohio delegates in the Lucas County History, also dabbled in real estate. But no evidence of that yet found.
Many of our VanBuren family are buried in the Woodlawn cemetery, including: Edwards, Welever,Post,Updegraff and other VanBurens. I sure hope I can make it back there one of these days. Thanks again for assisting me. Debbie in Missouri.
