Need Hire Researcher in Toledo

I need to hire someone to do a day of research for me in the Genealogy/History library and possibly the Vital Statistics office. Willing to pay a reasonable fee for your time and copies etc.

I am researching the Caseldine family. Herman C."Red" Caseldine was born in Clinton Co. to Daniel Caseldine but lived most of his life and was married possibly twice in Toledo. He was born 1888 and was a cook or chef all his adult life. He died in 1961 in Toledo. He was a chef at the Green Light Inn and before that at Foodland Grill. He had three or four children. Survivors on his death certificate said Mrs. Robert Albright of Toledo and Eugene and Milton of Tampa Florida. Eugene may be Edwin E. Caseldine who died in Cincinnati in 1987. Herman's wife was Catherine Marie (Ellis)and they were divorced. There was another Caseldine who died in Toledo the same year 1961...Her name was Armilla, I need to know her connection to Herman...wife? daughter-in-law? I need the first name of Mrs. Robert Albright. This is for my Family History. These are distant cousins of my mother but I am having a hard time tracking them down. I live in Washington State and Ohio is a bit far to go to the library.
