As for searching 1904-05 city directories, the only thing you can do is wait until Aug. 20th or after.

Their address in 1904-05 may not be key to the cemetery in which Leslie is buried because there are no mostly-Lutheran cemeteries in Toledo. The closest cemetery in the area of Fernwood/Norwood would be Calvary, which is mostly Roman Cathholic.

You could check for an obit but that index is in the LH/G department, too. I'd suggest you order a death cert for $2 from the Health Department. The death cert should state where he is buried.

My guess is Forest Cemetery!
