I can't find anyone in any census other than Norman, living in the ?Damrauer home in Toledo in 1900:
boarder, Norman SCHAFER, 20, b Aug 1879, OH Germany Germany, hostler

I also checked the 1900 Toledo city directory for William H. using all possible variations in the surname and found 3 possibilities:
Page 1276, SCHAEFER, Wm. H., (H. Schaefer & Co.) h 529 Buffalo
Page 1276, SCHAEFER, Wm., baker, h 1442 Champlain
Page 1327, SHAFER, Wm. H., clk, Ferdinand Hegi, h 1619 Broadway

Spouses were not named in these directories until the mid 1920s so you would need to check which ward the above addresses are in and then check those census pages.

Norman SCHAFFER md Cora WEICHEL in Erie Co. OH on 17 May 1906. Both were 27 and single; his bp Toledo OH, her bp Sandusky OH; both fathers were Henry; his mother's maiden name was Mary DERBY, her's was Louisa BAUERS.

Norman and Cora's death certs are online at https://www.familysearch.org/. He died 19 Feb 1922 as SCHAEFFER and she died 14 Nov 1952 as SHAFFER.

I am not related.
