Arvada RHOADES d 28 Dec 1928 in Robinwood Hospital, Toledo. The space for her birthdate is blank but Fred Rhoades said she was 28 and was born in Waterville, Ohio. Her residence was Grand Rapids, Ohio and she was married to Fred.
Fred said her father's name was E. BAUMBARGER bp Toledo and her mother's maiden name was Viola GRAY bp Toledo. Arvada was buried 31 Dec 1928 in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
This is probably Arvada's family in the 1910 census in Providence, Lucas, OH. They lived 5 dwellings from Fred's parents, William and Nancy:
