1920 census, Toledo, ED17, 2111 (North) Ontario St.-EWERS:
head, Chauncey, 33, OH US US, pot maker-clay mfgr.
wife, Blanche, 29, OH OH OH

dau, Thelma M., 8, OH
son, Clarence F., 5, OH
son, Earl C., 3-11/12

1930 census, Toledo, ED4, 2111 Ontario St.-EWERS:
head, Blanch, 37, widow, OH MO OH, seamstress
son, Harold, 20, OH OH OH, mixer-bakery
dau, Thelma, 18, OH OH OH, machine opr., umbrella plant

Chauncey may have been the s/o Clinton and Sarah. They are in the 1900 census in Paulding Village, Paulding, OH:
head, Clinton, 41, b Sep 1858, md 19 yr, OH OH OH, laborer
wife, Sarah E., 40, b Nov 1859, 8 chn, 7 living, OH OH OH
son, Elsworth, 17, b Aug 1882, OH, day laborer
son, Charles, 16, b ?Nov 1883, OH
son, Chaney, 15, b Dec 1884, OH
son, Ernest, 11, b Feb 1889, OH
son, Earl, 7, b May 1894, OH
(should be Carl?, b May 1893-census taken June 13th)
son, Earl, 4, b May 1896, OH
son, Myrl, 11/12, b Jul 1899, OH

Per the above, Chauncey died 1920-30. Blanche apparently married a MATTIER, possibly Harvey. Blanche owned the house on Ontario until 1972 when it was owned by Clarence EWERS.

Blanche MATTIER d 3 Dec 1972, Harvey E. MATTIER d 29 Nov 1977 and his son, Harvey E. Jr. d 12 May 2002.
