Richelle,
Having once been a part of this family, I can tell you in Toledo, Lucas, OH and many other close counties there are quite a few. The name there is DeCant, even has a road named after them.
Some of them after thier mother died moved to better health weather in AZ. Another family went to California, another to GA. Not too many considering my own families, but still in existance.
Just thought I would let you know, one is even my God-parents.
Good luck in your search. I couldn't find the picture of which you spoke but loved the site.
