Thank you for your response. I worked out the ancestry for both Jesse Sweet & Huldah Whitford hopeing that that would be my line. It certainly looked logical. Jesse Sweet had been in Tyringham,MA where Lodowick Moon (Elizabeth Sweet's husband) was from. Jesse & Huldah were the right age to be my Elizabeth's parents, but they didn't have a daughter unaccounted for. Lodowick & Elizabeth (Sweet) Moon's first child was named Heman Moon. That first name doesn't appear in any Moon family. There was a Heman Sweet in Tyringham long before Jesse Sweet was there but I can't find any information on him other than a brief mention of his name in a Tyringham History. Are you a Sweet descendant?
