Levan family home

I am looking for anyone with knowledge of the Nathan Levan property that in 1919 was sold to John W Price. It was located on Route 2 north of Zanesfield. Supposedly there was a sawmill there. Interested in any pictures that may be around. Is the house still there? Why was it called "Hadley Valley"? Any information greatly appreciated. Not related to Levan family.
