Just yesterday (2/10) I was in Newark at the court house and genealogical society. I learned that in 1875 (or 1874) there was a fire which destroyed almost all Probate Court records (wills, estates, marriages, etc.)prior to that year. This may explain some problems finding the marriage information you seek. I'd be curious if the CD mentioned earlier has ALL Licking County marriages during the years you're interested in or perhaps just some which were salvaged. Suggest you contact the county society via their web page. They were very helpful to me.
