My GGG-Grandfather, Samuel Chester b. 1804 in Philadelpia PA married Susannah Kendal (b 1805) daughter of Joseph and Elizabeth Kendal, settled in Newark OH in 1835. They owned an inn called the Pennsylvania House on the bank of the Ohio Canal on 4th and Canal Street. If you need any info on my Chester's of Licking County, please let me know.
