Do you have info from Licking Co on the HALLs? I checked the sources I have at home for George Washington/W Hall b.1837, Johnson Hall, & Eliza Ann Stockdale; I found very little on these individuals, of course, there were many HALLs in these sources. According to the index, there is an entry for Johnson HALL in the Licking Co Probate Records 1828-1904 on pg.36 but I couldn't find one. In Bristers Centennial History of Newark & Licking Co 1909 v1p214 there is a George W. Hall 1st Sergt Co G 31st Ohio Voluntary Infantry. I found earlier Georges or Gs but much earlier. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
