Do you know where she is buried? If she is buried in Cedar Hill Cemetary, Newark, OH I have corresponded with them many times and they were able to provide me with genealogy information from the internment records.

Info provided has been date of death, date of birth (if available), cause of death, spouse's name (if available), parents' names (again if available). The fee I last paid (in 1996) was $5.00 per record. Mail request to: Cedar Hill Cemetary, 275 N Cedar St, Newark OH 43055. Provide name of person & date of death, along with stamped, self-addressed envelope.

Birth & death records dated from 1909 on are available from the County Board of Health, 675 Price Rd, Newark OH 43055 (copies were .50 in 1996)

Records from 1875 to 1908 are available from the Probate Court, Courthouse 1st Fl, Newark OH 43055. (Records prior to 1874 were destroyed except for a few marriages)

Hope at least some of this information is helpful.

Paula
