Hi Kathy, I know that this is a year late, but I just discovered my Bishop connection to Licking Co.,OH. Today after finially reading some research that I aquired last summer on a visit to Ashland and Morgan Co. which put my Bishop family moving from Maryland to Ohio. I am a ggggreat granddaughter of John and Hannah Bishop through their son Henry, who also married a Cooper, Mary. I have always wondered if there is a connection between Mary and Hannah. I have John and Hannahs children and I am in touch with three Bishop researcher from four of their children including myself. We are returning to Ohio this summer and I will be looking for graves. Henry and Mary Bishop are buried in Ashland Co., Orange twp. at the Nankin Cemetery.
The Bishops were early settler of Ashland and Licking is half way between there and Morgan Co. where many of my line were also. I would enjoy hearing from you and sharing information.
Raye
