I am writing to see if anyone can find a
connection for me. I have a death cert. for my ancestor (GGF)that has the following information with a tie-in to Licking Co.

NAME: Samuel Theolphus Engle
FATHER'S NAME; Samuel T. Engle
MOTHER'S NAME: Susan Blessing
BIRTHPLACE: Brownville Licking Co. (this is the tie-in)
BORN: Jan. 22, 1842
I am trying to find information about him or his father (Samuel T. Engle).
Maybe a parent's marriage or birth record that will give more information.
I am deadended at this point. Samuel Theolpus was a civil war vet (Priv.,
66th Ohio Infantry), member of GAR. He is buried in Woodlawn cemetary near Ada (I visited the site this past summer).

Can you help me get past Samuel T.??

Thanx. Dan Engle (Jefferson City, MO)
