It has been a long time since this posting and I just came across your reply. Since then I have some changes to David Engle/Susan Blessing.
David was a tailor. He married Susan Blessing "app. 14 Nov 1840" (from Licking Co.Probate Offc). They show up as a family in 1850 (Licking Co., Brownsville, Bowling Green), pg. 10, item 1717. Three names in household born before this marriage (Henry, William & Caroline). I have not yet solved this puzzle. In 1860 the family has moved to Champaign Co. David died 8 Aug 1875 in Champaign Co., Wayne Twp. Gravesite unk. Susan remarried a Patrick Nolan 22 Nov 1877. Death date unk. David's county death record states he was born in Washington Co., PA.

I am working on this now. Thanx. Dan Engle
